I hate that people can&#8217;t just always be appreciative. I also hate celebrating things, so maybe I&#8217;m biased. We took Heather to Brangus for lunch and pitched in for a massage gift card, as though that settles things. I guess it&#8217;s a nice gesture, but having holidays for it just makes it feel\u00a0<em>less<\/em><em>ened<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>After work, I went to pick Eaddie up from chess club so Summer could start on dinner a little earlier. We had grilled chicken thighs, mershed perderder, and salads, then watched an episode of\u00a0<em>The Office<\/em>. I made it home early, but spent the evening toying with the new Gmail. I don&#8217;t love it.
