She baked a bunch of bacon while I baked potatoes to make a twice-baked potato casserole. Then we took that along with the smoked turkey over to my parents&#8217; house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was a pretty quick, late lunch, but everything was really good. The cold turkey was awesome on the potato bread buns.
