Work left me exhausted today. We started out making more Chromebook carts before going to CJ’s for lunch. When I got back to the junior high, Ben was waiting to help me run cable, so we ran a total of three relatively long runs. I was drenched in sweat from the humidity, so I came straight home. Julie called me on my way home to invite me out for dinner for Andy’s birthday, and explained why she hadn’t invited me previously. I was too tired to go out anyway.
After they ate, my parents came over because my mom thought I upgraded my speakers again, but I explained to her that I had only ordered two more towers like the four I already have. She seemed unimpressed, so I put on Life of Pi to let her watch it with 3D and theater sound. I love that movie, and though confused, she seemed to enjoy it as well.
Tomorrow is Bikes, Blues, and BBQ with Allen and some of his friends, so I’ve got to manage some sleep somehow.
I like watchin’ the puddles gather rain.
