Wiped Out

I slept in a little bit this morning, but tried to get productive relatively quickly. It was difficult, and I wasn’t super successful, but I did get some things done. I ate some leftovers when Eaddie left to meet with her robotics team. Dad came over to help replace the refrigerator part, but that didn’t actually resolve the issue. John stopped by to let me know he wasn’t actually going to be doing any work today, which seemed like it could have been a text. I was pretty aggravated by that, but whaddya do?

I cleaned up some more leftovers for lunch after Dad left, and was frustrated some more just by things in the kitchen. Then I decided to shampoo a single strip in the office nook just to see if I could get any more dirt out. It ended up not being too bad, so I decided to move Summer’s desk up into that area where it was still dry.

By the time all of that was done, I had to sit down for an interview with a couple people in Wisconsin for Rockline. It was a pretty long-winded interview for me, and I wasn’t quite sure how much I would enjoy going to work every day, especially if I have to drive to Booneville four days a week. I doubt the price will be right, but we’ll see.

Summer made it home late while I was cleaning up in the kitchen. She bathed and I got some bills and other paperwork organized and out of the dining room. It wasn’t long before she was asleep, and I actually made it to bed on time for a change.

I could do with some cheese.
