Ceiling Dirt

I forgot my bánh bao for breakfast this morning, so I stopped at McDonald’s to redeem my last free biscuit. Then I jumped right into my network switch from yesterday, which went even worse than I expected. For some reason, I couldn’t get the old SSIDs to quit showing up. On top of that, I had a couple of important access points that refused to talk over their wired connections, and instead wanted to mesh to other access points. I fought that the entire day.

I ate some leftover coldcuts from the sales lunch, plus some steak tips from yesterday. I ate too much, but it made up for not having dinner later in the evening. At some point, Ciara wanted to take pictures of Muad’Dib with his little tie on, so Teisha and I went outside with her to do that. He was uncooporative, but that was expected. Teisha gets him even more riled up than usual with all her treats.

The afternoon was long and painful, and I checked in with Joel on the way out, but he didn’t have much to say. I felt like people were having a really poor experience with the network, but he said nobody complained to him about it.

Summer was baking pumpkins when we got to the house, and then spent the rest of the evening dehydrating the seeds and some guts. I took Muad’Dib for a quick run as the sun went down, and thought I’d have to go to the old house to look for my necktie, but I finally found it in my secondary storage closet.

How does the dust even get up there?!?
