I slept in pretty late today while Summer got up and made pancakes for everyone. Then I laid around watching TV until she went to the gym. I headed home to clean up, and got into all kinds of stuff.
The shorts I wore to the bar Friday night got black tape residue or something all over them, so I spent all day trying to clean them up. I started with some rubbing alcohol that did absolutely nothing, and then worked my way through some Oops and then Goo Gone that I borrowed from work. While I was there, I finally loaded up the wheelbarrow that Ben gave me before he left.
When I got back home, I had to investigate a water leak from the roof of the Murano. Hopefully it was just leftover from a leaf that was caught in the hatch, but I’ll have to watch it carefully to make sure it doesn’t become a real problem.
Between picking up and doing and redoing a single load of laundry with only my one pair of shorts, I hooked up a couple new Aruba access points and played around with their configuration. Hopefully it fixes the intermittent trouble I’ve had with some of my IoT devices, but I’ll need to get serious about running some network cables for this to do me any real good.
By the end of the night, I had most of the stain out of my pants, but I didn’t want to run them through the dryer. I hung them up to dry, and will try some more manual cleaning later.
