Mowtown

I chatted with Teisha for a while this morning because she had brought a bushel of bananas and grapes from a tipped truck. Then I tried to assemble a collection of documentation to funnel into NotebookLM for Traverse magic. It was otherwise a really quiet day, though I did spend a little time downstairs.

We picked up some wings from Casey’s for lunch, and they were pretty good. It was a good thing I decided to finish them, because I didn’t eat again for the day. Eaddie had gone to the other house to mow with Dad in the morning, and Julie called in the evening wanting to go finish the back yard over there, and then tackle my parents’ house after work.

When I got home, Summer had just finished mowing our yard, so I let her stay home while I went over with the trimmer. Muad’Dib ran along the way, and Eaddie met us there from Clarksville. She mowed while Kevin and I trimmed. Julie vacuumed the pool, and we knocked everything out. It was miserably humid, but the real heat has yet to come.

I finally made it back to the house and did what I could there before bedtime. Eli came over and Eaddie wanted to watch The Greatest Showman, so we found somewhere to stream that and then I went to sleep.

stupid and unmotivated
